Precept is not approved and is not a part of PY 2007 considerations New!
12/6/06
Email from RADM Bob Williams,
Chief of Staff, Office of SG, via NIH CC Liaison
The
ASH (ADM Agwunobi) has disapproved the 6th precept for 3H officers:
Isolated
Hardship, Hazardous, Hard to Fill.
It
is anticipated that the concept of such a promotion precept will be considered
by
the Transformation Officers and OCCFM as they look to incentives for filling
3H positions in the near future.
The 6th precept is not approved and is not a part of PY 2007 considerations.
Prior 6th Precept postings:
•
Implementation
of the 6th precept has still not occurred 11/16/06
The
PPAC believes that this precept, related to service in isolated and hard
to
fill
assignments, will NOT be in effect for PY2007.
•
Use
of 6th precept has been postponed until PY 2007, 12/23/2005
